Privacy notice

This notice covers personal information collected through autoroster.co.za. It does not cover personal information a customer processes inside the AutoRoster application — for that, the customer is the responsible party and NeuralShift is the operator, under a separate written agreement.

Who we are

NeuralShift (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa, trading as AutoRoster. Questions about this notice, or a request relating to your personal information, go to hello@autoroster.co.za.

What we collect on this website

Only what you send us. If you complete the demo request form we collect your name, work email address, company, sector, workforce size, and — where you choose to give them — your phone number, the system you use today and anything you write in the message field. We also record the time of the request, the IP address it came from and the browser user agent, because we need those to prevent abuse of the form.

Why we use it

To reply to you and arrange the demonstration you asked for, and to prepare for it — knowing your sector and rough headcount is what lets us show you something relevant rather than a generic tour. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

For as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry and any commercial relationship that follows from it. If nothing follows and you would like it removed sooner, ask us and we will delete it.

Where it is stored

This website does not keep demo requests: the form emails them to us, and they are held in our company mailbox. Where a service provider processes information on our behalf — website hosting or email delivery, for example — they do so under contract and only for that purpose. Website usage statistics (see Cookies below) are processed by Google, which may store them outside South Africa.

Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets Google Analytics cookies to do so, and Google processes that usage data on our behalf. We use no advertising cookies and run no advertising scripts.

Your rights under POPIA

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to our processing it. Write to hello@autoroster.co.za and we will respond. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update this page. It describes how we operate at the time you read it.
